You’re invited to a free Wildflower Discovery Walk & Talk, Saturday 27th August from 1-4pm. This event is possible thanks to a Federal Volunteer grant, obtained through the support of Mr Patrick Gorman MP, our wonderful sponsor – the Urban Bushland Council, and with the support of the Coolbinia Primary School. The event will commence at 1pm with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony presented by Mr Neville Collard. Guided walks will be offered concurrently- a Noongar Walk & Talk, and a Wildflower Walk & Talk. Free afternoon tea will be held in-between. During Djilba this precious urban bushland will be a magnificent carpet of bright colour, with wildflowers and orchids providing a great opportunity for some beautiful photos.
