What is the school dress code?

Uniform sizes are even numbered and are Australian Standard sizes. If you are unsure of your child’s size, please come visit us at the shop.
Smaller or Larger sizes - are they readily available?
Smaller or larger sizes are available on request, as we have limited stock of size 2 and 16. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the size you are after is not available.
Do I have to use the online shop?
No you don’t. You can still come into the Uniform Shop (located near the Kwobadarn) to purchase items. The Uniform Shop opening days are as follows:
2016: Fridays – Assembly weeks: 8.15am – 8.45am; Non-Assembly weeks: 2.30pm – 3.00pm
2017: 1st Friday of each month from 8.15am – 9.00am.
The Uniform Shop opening days are also advertised on the school calendar and P&C Noticeboard (located on the verandah outside the Administration Office).
How do I pay for my order?
If you proceed with your order online, you can pay through your PayPal account or with your debit or credit card. You can also use your debit and credit cards on uniform shop open days, and we also accept cash and cheques. Cheques are to be made payable to Coolbinia Primary School Uniform Shop.
We are a new family at Coolbinia Primary School. How can we see the uniform to know what to order?
New families to the school may make an appointment with the Uniform Coordinator to view and purchase uniforms outside of shop opening times. Please email the Uniform Coordinator at email@example.com.
What happens if what I have ordered isn't in stock?
We try to maintain adequate stock levels at all times. If, however, we are unable to fill your order (or part of your order), we will notify you of this via email and keep you updated on a delivery date.
What if an item is the wrong size?
We are happy to exchange an item if the tags are still on and the product has not been worn. Exchanges/refunds can be done via the shop or left in the box at the office with a note. See our Returns Policy for further details.
What is the Returns Policy
If an item does not fit, we are happy to exchange the product or refund the item amount. Please keep all tags intact and do not wear the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a suitable time for exchanges/refunds.
When will my order be processed?
Online orders are processed once a week. You will receive a confirmation email to notify that your order has been received and is being filled. It is important to record your nominated child’s name and classroom number when completing your online order, so that the items can be delivered to your child’s classroom.
Can I still donate my secondhand clothes?
Yes you can. Please leave them with the volunteers on uniform shop open days, or with office staff, and they will make their way to the shop for on-selling. Only items that meet the current school uniform standards will be on-sold. All other donated items will be passed onto our nominated charity, Clutterbugs.
