Prizes for best dressed, best decorated table and of course loads of other great games and giveaways on the night.
Our silent auction will be happening as usual – ELC6, ELC1 and Room 10 have been asked to donate as many prizes as they can and to help set up chairs and tables on the night. (If you have a child in each class, you don’t have to give twice – unless you want to!) Please donate what and where you can and be an all-round hero!
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have something to offer but don’t know how to get it to us. Nothing is too big or too small! There will be baskets in ELC6, ELC1 and Room10 to place small items in. Donations can be from everyone – not just ELC6, ELC1 and Room 10, so please give where you can.
Ideas for silent auction items:
- A voucher from a family business
- A service (you can make something up): cooking class, art class, hair and make-up vouchers, family photography portrait. A bespoke decorated cake. Be creative!
- Make a chocolate basket with the help of a few friends
- Make a wine and cheese basket with the help of a few friends
- An activity/experience: A 30 min drive in a special car, a loan of your jet ski for a ½ day (yes please)
Getting Your Table
You must pay for your table in full (at the School front office) to secure a table . There are registration forms but only 25 tables available so please don’t delay if you don’t want to miss out. Last year we more than sold out!! School reception is not able to assist with change or admin for this event – please follow the instructions on the desk that our super hero events team have created for you, hopefully it is super easy to understand. We suggest you select a team leader and get yourselves super organised early.
Tip: if you need numbers to create a table of 8 – go to the Coolbinia Primary Parents Forum on Facebook and put the call out. (note – this is a closed group so please let us know if you require access)
Parents, carers and teachers are welcome to invite people (18+) from outside of our school community to the event…the more the merrier!
The ‘Heroes’ theme can be interpreted however you like…super hero, political hero, everyday hero, environmental hero, movie hero…. (Dress up is optional – but definitely encouraged!!)
