Our school is celebrating national Harmony Day on Thursday 16 March.  For a gold coin donation, children and staff are invited to dress up in national costume (or wear blue for boys and purple for girls).  This fundraiser is being organised by our Year 6 students who attended a global citizenship conference at Parliament House last year and Year 6 students who attended the International Women’s Day breakfast recently.

Funds raised will go towards a women’s refuge, a charity selected by the students themselves.

Also on Harmony Day, students will be treated to an exciting incursion with Valanga Khoza, an inspirational South African singer, storyteller, dancer, musician and writer.
