Significant changes have been made to the concert ticketing allocation this year.

To ensure that all parents will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket, there will be three separate performances at the following times:

  • Kindergarten & Pre-primary : 4.30pm
  • Years 1 & 2  :  5.30pm
  • Years 3,4,5 & 6  : 7.00pm

Unlike previous years, seats will not be allocated on a first come first served basis.

All parents will be invited to submit a standard ticket order and payment during week 3 of Term 4.  Standard tickets cost $10 each.  If you have children in more than one performance, you still only need to pay $10 to see all the performances.  At the close of standard ticket sales, order forms will be drawn by ballot and seats allocated in the order that they are drawn.

Alternatively, this year you may bid for Premium Seats in a silent auction.  The silent auction opens on the first day of Term 4, Tuesday October 10 and closes on Friday October 20.
Silent auction bids should be submitted by email to the Principal –

When placing your silent auction bids, please state the student’s name, room number and school year as well as parent’s mobile number, amount you would like to bid per ticket and the number of tickets requested (maximum 2 per performance).  All silent auction bidders will be notified of the outcome of their bid on Monday October 23, prior to the commencement of standard ticket sales.

All proceeds from ticket sales are used to cover concert production costs.
