Cross Country and Sprint Training is on!
In the lead up to the Cross Country and Athletics Carnivals we would like to offer some before school training with the focus on running!
This will help kids build healthy muscles, joints, and bones. They can improve endurance, total fitness level, and sports performance. Training can even help prevent injuries and speed up recovery.
We are delighted to have secured the expertise of Level 2 coach Ross Pedlow. Ross is a highly regarded coach of some of Australia’s best triathletes.
